Curtis Webb

I’m a Programmer Analyst at Converse University, where I support system implementation, reporting, and process optimization across campus operations. I have a background in operations analysis, software development, and business strategy, with an MBA concentrated in Finance and a bachelor’s in Health Science. Before joining Converse, I worked in the auto finance industry, focusing on reporting automation and process improvement.

I was raised right here in Spartanburg, so being part of Converse feels like coming full circle. I’m a former Division II basketball player from Lincoln Memorial University, and I still carry that competitive, team-focused mindset into everything I do. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife Avery and our son Curtis III — we call him Cube — and I’m into all things sports, video games, cologne collecting, and reptile keeping.
