Summer Orientation (Valkyries Vision) and Registration

*Orientation is required of all new students

Family orientation sessions occur during Summer Orientation (known as Valkyries Vision) and registration.

While your student is advised and registered for the fall classes, there will be a number of sessions for families where we will provide you with a foundation of basic information, the opportunity to interact with key administrators and answers to any questions.

Help your student ease into college life with our day-long orientation. You’ll have opportunities to meet with Financial Aid, the Wellness Center, and tour the campus. Registration and more information can be found on My.Converse.

Attendance is optional for families but highly encouraged. Complete information regarding dates and details regarding Family Orientation sessions will be emailed prior to the events. Dress for Family Orientation is informal and relaxed since these are move-in days.
